Rohe map for Ngāti Hineuru.

This rohe map represents the area over which Ngāti Hineuru exercises kaitiakitanga for the purposes of the Resource Management Act 1991 and is based on the Area of Interest agreed between Ngāti Hineuru and the Crown in the Deed of Settlement signed on 2 April 2015. Ngāti Hineuru Area of Interest from the Deed of Settlement [JPG, 130KB].

The catchment area of the following rivers: Ripia River to the conjunction with the Mōhaka River, to Te Hoe River, to the Hautapu River, to Te Pukahunui Stream, to the Matakuhia Stream, to the Waipunga River, to the Okoeke Stream, to the Tunamaro Stream and back to the Ripia River. The shared boundary with Ngāti Tū is the Titiokura / Maungaharuru Range.
